Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition of new clients and manage existing customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals for our software products and services
  • Represent AAI at trade fairs, conferences, and client meetings worldwide
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with management
  • Provide input to product development based on client feedback and market insights
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders

Essential

  • Proven track record in B2B software sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
  • High willingness to travel frequently within Europe and beyond
  • Self-motivated, structured, and able to manage opportunities independently

Desirable

  • Experience in the automotive industry or with enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of additional languages
  • Previous involvement in a startup success story
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales processes
